8" Solecta Spiral Membrane E-COAT, PV400-7640AF-1F0D, Parker Replacement
Product no.: 77000136
Description
Module and membrane description
The 8" "drop in" spiral wound element consists of several layers of flat membranes, spacers and drainage mats (permeate carrier), which are rolled up spirally to form a coil. The permeate collection tube is located in the center of the element and carries the permeate taken up through the front side of the module housing leads to the outside. The sealing to the housing is made by a lip seal. The diameter of the spiral module is approx. 8". The active separating layer of the asymmetric semi-permeable membrane is located on both sides of the spacer (also called spacer) and is characterized by high mechanical strength and robustness. The spiral winding elements essentially consist of the membrane module, In order to prevent individual layers of the membrane or the spacer from telescoping due to the constant overflow of the module, so-called ATDs (Anti Telescope Devices) are cast with the GRP protective jacket.
