DUPLEX SOFTENING SYSTEM, TYPE DSP 100 IA TWIN
The central control valve with the CLACK WS 1 IA Twin control head is used to control softening and denitrification systems. The valve was designed as a control head for pressure bottles in a double system. CLACK WS 1 IA Twin is therefore a connection control element of two pressure bottles with a control head and works according to the pendulum method. After that, one of the two GRP pressure bottles is always in operation and the other is on standby. When the preset capacity of the cylinder in operation is reached, the control head immediately initiates that cylinder into the regeneration phase (cleaning cycle) and automatically switches to the other cylinder. The control head has an easy-to-use micro-processor control with four-button operation. The multi-function display with status indicator supports metric and American units. CLACK WS 1 IA Twin is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and features a modular robust material without screws. The front is easily removable due to a click system and easy maintenance is therefore given. The regeneration initiation can be triggered in four different ways: delayed volume-controlled, immediate volume-controlled, time-controlled and manual.
