Description

Reverse osmosis system MO6500/250 l/h

Applications

A reverse osmosis system is used wherever industrial waste water from car washes or medical facilities, laboratories and other facilities is to be cleaned on site. Reverse osmosis systems are available in various sizes and designs, so that each system can be optimally adapted to the amount of water to be cleaned. The water quality can also be processed from city water, rainwater or well water, up to fully demineralized water (VEW). reverse osmosis? What's happening? The operating principle of an osmosis system is that two solutions, which are separated by a semi-permeable membrane with different concentrations of particles, generate an osmotic pressure. This happens because both solutions try to equalize their concentration of particles. In nature, this osmosis principle is vital within cells, because this is the only way to balance the internal pressure and regulate the water balance within each cell. In the reverse osmosis system, the principle is practically reversed by increasing the pressure on one of the liquids. This forces the water in the reverse osmosis system through the multi-layer reverse osmosis membrane. This contains many small pores and is therefore also called a semipermeable membrane. As a result, almost all undesirable components such as lime, pollutants, germs and other impurities are filtered out of the water. The result is pure water (permeate) with drinking water quality. Our MO osmosis system series is available in versions with an output of 250 to 20,000 liters of water per hour. (Other systems or special versions are available on request). The frame of the osmosis system is made of powder-coated steel. The reverse osmosis system can be equipped with the "extra low energy membrane" or an "extra high rejection" membrane. Ask our experts about this. The membrane housing of the osmosis system is made of stainless steel or GRP. In addition, each osmosis system is equipped with a low-noise, multi-stage centrifugal pump (Grundfos or KSB), so that the osmosis system is hardly noticed during operation. The small MO systems (MO6500-MO24000) run on only 230 volts and can therefore be connected to a standard Schuko socket. (MADE IN EUROPE) very quiet in operation.
