HMT UniClean 630 ECOAT Membrane Cleaning solution

The liquid Uniclean 630 is a specially formulated, concentrated mixture of solvent and organic acids and serves to chemical cleaning electrocoat (ECOAT) membranes. Is to be used as a preferred cleaning agent if the membrane (foul) is not known.

As well it is used to clean Electrodialysis cells Membrane.

Vorteile / Nachteile:

• For the usual cleaning of Catodic Lacquer Membranes, Uniclean630 is used in a concentration of 10% -20% at a temperature of the cleaning solution of 10 - 45 °C. Do not use higher than 48 °C temperature.
• When cleaning, please follow the specifications and recommendations of Heydkamp Membrane Technology with regard to temperature, pH value, pressure and duration of cleaning.
• HMT630 quickly penetrate the top layer to dissolve contaminants and effectively remove.
• Concentrated solution with low costs with high effectiveness and easy use
• Compatible to all known cationic paint systems
